Three things that speed up your quote

- Your postcode and property type. Terrace, semi or detached, and roughly what era — it tells us a lot about the likely construction.
- What you have actually noticed. A damp patch on a bedroom ceiling, tiles in the garden after a storm, moss along the north slope, or a gutter that overflows every time it rains.
- Photos, from the ground or the loft. A phone photo of the affected area and one of the underside of the roof from inside the loft is genuinely more useful than a long description.

We are available Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Enquiries received outside those hours are answered first thing the next working morning.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We respond to enquiries the same day to arrange a survey, and your fixed, itemised written quote follows within 48 hours of that survey.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. You only pay once you have accepted a written quote and work has been carried out.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your postcode, the rough age and type of the property, what you have noticed — a leak, slipped tiles, damp patch, moss — and how long it has been happening. Photos from the ground or from inside the loft are genuinely useful and can be emailed to hello@smartsealroofing.co.uk before we visit.
Do you cover emergency roof repairs?
We prioritise active leaks and storm damage, aiming to attend within the same week and often sooner. If water is entering the property, call rather than email so we can talk you through a temporary measure straight away.
Can I visit your office?
Our office and yard are at 4 Star Hill, Hartley Wintney, Hook, RG27 8BP. It is a working yard rather than a showroom, so please call ahead if you would like to come by. For Epsom customers it is almost always quicker for us to come to you.
